just read a post in the german XT topic and i fully agreed with it :
The topic was the OWP though the weapon loadout is ok the shielding is not .
If u compare the OWP with a normal M7/M2 it lacks manuerverbility , in other
words everthing i fire @ it will hit even PPCs .
For that reason i would 5GJ shielding is undershielded , i would vote for about
1 10GJ shield .

yeah u r right opws r sitting ducks but they can also pack a punch themsleves

Well, I did notice that the OWP fell rather quickly to me attacking in a PNR (Pirate Nova Raider).

A Paranid one in Emperor Mines.
