Hi all,
For my current ship I'm using 'bigturret2_dummy' but its way too large, is there a way to scale it? I've tried scaling it the normal way and that does nothing in-game.
Also, is there a way to limit the area the turret covers? I have one on the bottom of my ship, and if I point it down the base of the model isn't aligned with the ship, so i'de like to leave it horizontal, and stop it from shooting up through the ship.
Help appreciated!

Cheers

the dummy is replaced by the bigturret body afaik so you would have to scale down the turret body and make a "small" version with a new dummy for it

there is a turret making tutorial over at after dominations forums that I think explained how to limit turret movement but I am not sure - not a modeller ^^

Ah right I see. So basically i'de need a custom turret right even for something as simple as scaling it? Wish there were more stock turrets! (Unless i'm missing some), the rotation problem is just beacuse I need a turret that points down from its base.

I'll look into custom ones as you said but I didnt really want to change dummies etc too to keep compatability.
