Broken encoding?

Lately I discovered, that some German texts here in forum are not displayed correctly. I'm using Firefox 8, using auto-detect: universal character encoding.
Switching to UTF-8 fixes that problem.
Could you please fix that?

Given you some serious rep... you've helped me figure the problem. I uploaded the UTF-8 files, not the normal ones, last time I updated. Should be fixed now. :)
