Pimp my TC! HudMod

After modding everything into oblivion for more than a year, it was about time to finish my old and long forgotten own project. The HUD modification. Some screenshots:

It was always a disturbing feeling to see this browserlike blue sidebar, with all the big buttons, constantly displayed in the HUD. Also, i never really understood why i have to stare at these completely useless and inactive buttons for station menues during a dogfight. It feels like playing a browser game. Also, these buttons are really big, and the look of the icon is not that jawdropping to justify the constant big blue discs in the upper left hand corner.

This has been solved. No blue bar anymore, no inactive icons, and the selectable ones have a size that doesn't spoil the view so much. Some other elements, like shipicons for M7 and M8, and the color scheme has been changed also. I didn't like the orange selection color, and i changed it to a greenish/blue one. The scan and the Autopilot view is also a bit more clean.
Well, take a look

The installation is fairly easy. Download the zip file at the end of the post. Look at your cat/dat list and note the highest number you have. The cat/dat is named "10" in the zip file, so extract it to a custom folder, like "All_mods_here", and rename it to have a number exactly +1 above the highest one you noticed in your main game folder. That means, if your highest cat/dat is 12, rename both (cat and dat) to 13, and copy them into the main game folder, where all the other cat/dats are listed and the x3tc.exe also. This is just to make sure you don't overwrite an already existing or 10.dat

The deinstallation is even easier. Just delete both files from the main game directory, and that's it.

The cat/dat provided in the zip are savegame compatible and should work with all known major mods/scripts. It's also compatible with any language. English, german, russian, french... I haven't tested if this gives a **modified** tag or not, i simply don't have any unmodified installation anymore
