Topic meant to talk about Season 3 footage off the main board so not to disturb users who havent watched S3 yet.

S3 Features the Raptor first time in a offensive role.
Where a new Raptor could already been seen in S3 E4 Exodus with rocket/drone pods, now the same type can be seen firing some sort of clustermissiles into swarms of Cylon Raiders.

What about that Battlestar Valkerie?
Looked to me like a smaller Pegasus.

Different turrets too, and ship to ship missiles which is also not mentioned earlier on in the show (kind of suprising lol cause why wouldnt they have SS missiles).

Hi!

If you remember the battle for tylium, vipers used some sort of missiles, but none of them was effective.
We may assume that cylons have some sort of advanced anti-missile technology.
If you are bad enough, you can make a script that affects every missile that is fired upon a cylon ship and after certain period of time switches target to attacker’s ass.
Of course after certain amount of time colonial scientists may develop new generation of missiles that are more or less immune to cylon countermeasures.

Just keep an eye out for references to planets/systems, ship names and their specific models (the civilian ship depository has a large number of ship names but not always a relevant model). Basically anything you might think is useful to enrich the visual/technical info in the depository.

Baltar Not Guilty, i am not surprised really and i never saw him as a traitor, he done what everyone else woulda done in his situation tbh.
i mean its not like he pulled the trigger on any of them, and he didn't intentionally give the cylons defence mainframe access

Yep - good ending - in regards to Baltar they couldn't kill of the main figure of hate...though I find it odd that Tyrol didn't take part in the trial since Baltar actually murdered an officer while on Kobol. One question in regards to the reappearance of Starbuck - where did she get the Viper? - the other one was destroyed!

Not sure where the script is leading with the four Colonial/Cylons aboard Galactica. It's rumored that the Pegasus DVD movie will provide an explanation before what could be the last series.

Pegasus straight to dvd - is basically the story of what happened to the Pegasus crew since the attack, rumour has it something significant happens in it that connects to the full story. - Cylon - they have a plan???
BSG Series 4 did have orignally 17 episodes (could be more by now) + film

I probably rate season 2 as the best - The Pegasus V Galactica episode was probably the most dramatic I've seen. Scar was good as well!

Prequel to the season 1. You MUST see it , trust me.

I agree , season 2 was overall the best , but season 3 is much better on individual episodes(Exodus 1 and 2 , Maelstrom , Crossroads 2) , with not so bright fillers.

Too bad they've used most of the season's fonds on the Exodus 2 GFX( and it was well worth it...)
