i think it was =DC= had the same trouble, i spent a bit of time when i was making it to try and fix the problem, no such look.

I have converted the x1 website from the old joomla 1.0 version to the latest 1.5 version.



Issus that need fixing:

Docman (Downloads)

Links don't work
Cannot download some files

Image gallery

Need template editing
Need to reupload files (fixed)

Note: easier than expected, copied files over from previous instalation

X1TP Website is back online.


Recently i took the site offline to upgrade, it is back online now.
New features:
- Download Facility Template improvement
- Video Gallery (Coming soon)
- Photo Gallery (Coming soon)
- XLOG [BLOG for the site, x1 mod and all things related to the x universe (Planned)
- Guestbook (Planned)
- X1 Music Database (Being built)
- X1 Ship Database (Being built)
- X1 Universe map (Planned)
Hope you enjoy the site, i hoping to get most of these features finished soon. Although i have lot of work to slow me down such as the x1's universe for the mod and some exams to do.

The website will be down for a bit longer, had some problems uninstalling jfusion (link between joomla and phpbb). I decided to uninstall it as it has too much limitations on its current version. currently i'm having to upload the backup to fix it. I could of done it yesterday but my Internet stopped working:furious:.

I haven't lost anything so don't worry about it :).

The x1tp.net site looks to messy, I've trying to force myself away from editing it again because a site needs to have a permanent look. However i think it desperately needs some improvement.

So site won't function right while i do it so you might have some difficulty finding your way around.

Ok i've sorted out the site, i've removed the forum as it is just annoying and there no point in it :p. However like I said in my other topic the download area is feeling a bit ill :rolleyes:, i'm trying to fix it but not going to get it all back :o.

If you visit the site you may experience some problems getting to pages as i'm trying to make the url's more SEF.

I did try that i while back but one of the components which i have now deleted was incompatible with the SEF component.

Normal Joomla url:
