Well iv always had a copy of 3dsmax laying around for years, like i said but it wasn't till i found a Gmax tut for MFF09 that the X community recomended that i really started to learn, as i found max to be like a mountain to learn for years, and could only get past creating basic primitives, it also didn't help that i had no real objective until X3 came along. But now im making so really interesting designs now and its great fun

Not bad i think for someone who 2 weeks ago could only make a box then had his head explode from max's complexity lol

Hi there just here out the blue to say hi and thank you so much for that tut you made, i couldn't of worked out Dbox2 and all that other stuff without it lol i got it off modb under TC... so like yeah cheers, im now using my new found info on making some new ship ideas for my expansion XTM-Plus... and hopefully one day my total conversion mod Ultima for TC (link for which if your interested is on my sig ).

so how long have you been modelling 3d? iv been trying to get my head round it all now for 5 years, and thanks to a tut i found im now quite niffty with 3dsmax just got to crack rendering now lol...
