Introduction to Templates

Templates are pre-written content that can be used in multiple articles by using the Template BB-Code.

That said, Templates slow down page generation and should be used economically.

Templates should contain commonly-used content that will be used in multiple articles. Restricted content should not be hard-coded into a template, because templates can be included in articles by any member that can edit an article.
