set ship command preload script: command = [Object Command/Signal] script = [Script Name]

The preload script runs before an actual script overwrites the apropriate ship task.
You can run configuration scripts from the cockpit without disturbing the current autopilot script.
The preload script can still be told to START a task 0 script but it will not do so automatically.
