      Needs to be compiled into a .bob to reduce lag problems, but its way too late for me to get x2bc to work apparently, as i tried twice and couldnt get it

      Update to Effects.txt:
      has new explosions for fighter and m6 class, more diverse, m6 explosion is now only a single explosion as well in order to solve certain issues with sfx playing the m6 explosion instead of the fighter one

      (also probably of interest to Mox is a small undetailed debris effect in the fighter explosion, thats about what you would get with the debris you gave me mox (except more detailed) if thats what you have in mind mox)

      Package contains:

      -New SohnenWaveBeam bullet .bob
      -Effects.txt with new Sohnen Launch Effect and modified small capital ships
      explosion to facilitate rudemantary medium debris spawning.
      -19 Medium Debris bobs and scenefile to animate them (see Effects.txt for their call). > need to be tuned in duration of staying before dissapearing and location of spawning (currently slightly off-Y axis).

      -TBullets.txt for modified SohnenBeam with range reset to 5.5 and accuracy tuned > Need matching Weapon rotate speed/accuracy in TLasers.txt, need Description ID call from XML for the Sohnen weapon in Tlasers.txt and balancing of cargo and cargosize

      New Effects, SFX, Sounds.txt, Tlaser, Tbullets, Particles3, and .bob package:

      Contains:
      -SBC bullet
      -debris .bobs and scenefile (both from previous package)
      -new sfx for SBC, PPCs, and overwrote some of the old sounds, just uploaded all the modified sounds b/c i wasnt sure which ones had been changed
      -new Effects entries for SBC, HMG, and new ship explosions implementing the debris
      -new Tbullet, Tlaser, and Particles3 giving HMG a particle trail

      To be merged into next build

      Teach me to copy/paste from old Effects without looking, here's an effects with a new PAC impact effect that looks good and won't kill your performance either.
