I wouldn't hold your breathe for 2.0, the team is working hard on it and all, but I think most of them (or some) are working on Rebirth itself. They did work on TC after all, that's the rumor I get from doing a cursory google search. I don't blame them for taking their time, it's just a game and a hobby nothing more really. They have lives after all, so when I say don't hold your breathe, I mean it with a grain of salt

. I mean, it's feasible they launch it tomorrow, next week, the week after.

Although I do hope it's out before Rebirth, but if it's not I won't complain or anything like that. The guys are smart dudes to be able to do the stuff they do anyway, smarter than I am anyways. Thanks for 1.2a, hurry the hell up with 2.0 (I kid with that line

), and give us some cheese Aragon! The cheese (a picture of cheese) I am looking for is a nice large picture of some good red with some bleu cheese, or maybe a nice round wheel of cheddar. I'm a fan of cheddar, but I do like bleu, so whatever picture you find first would be grand.

Working on Rebirth: nope, because there's nothing to work on. Rebirth hasn't been released and Egosoft hasn't given anything out to even start vague planing about.

Working on TC: few members from the old XTM team worked on TC, and some of XTC's model stuff was given to Egosoft for the albion prelude. That's it, though.

Working on 2.0: Some of us are doing just that, obviously - those that have stuff left to do, mostly. If you know what the term "feature creep" means, well, yeah, it has reared it's head once again.

I appreciate all the effort that's being put into 2.0. For a mod update for heavens sake. I know when it's out I'll be playing a helluva lot more of the game for sure. I can only feel that 1.2a is just not the finished product for some reason. Maybe I shouldn't be doing piraty things, or have the bail set so high or something, but I play for a few days and I somehow ignore it. I love 1.2a, don't get me wrong. I think I need to play it from a different perspective instead of from the pirate view to get more out of it.

Anyway, the effort and skill involved is much appreciated, not only in the release version, but in the mod work as well. XTM and XTC are glorious mods (I favor XTC obviously), and by far my favorite. I have not played TC or AP for awhile, but I have logged in well over 200+ hours with TC, the only other game to get more than that is Football Manager 2012 at 367 or so hours. Reunion is a close third at 125 hours. The X games are great, and anyone that has the patience and skill to mod them, let alone develop them, are amazingly smart and intelligent people.

Thanks for the hard work and thanks for learning the skills needed to make this stuff happen.

EDIT: Forgot to mention, I'm still waiting on my wine and cheese picture Aragon... just saying.
