Dragon drops and mini-complex shields

I looked around and couldn't find any previous posts about these, my version number is green also. I noticed the drops from Dragons when they're killed never go away, ever.

And the max shield capacity of the player mini-complex shrink every time you modify the wares. First it's 10GJ (with no wares), then 2GJ then first time you add wares, then somewhere around 500MJ, etc..

I assume these aren't intended?
