      Default Set Universe Expansion Stage

      I don't find my old savegame ( max Expansion Stage). I don't want to wait dozens of days for full Expansion.
      I wanna set the Universe Expansion Stage to Max -> all Sectors connected.
      How can I do that? I have some experience with the SE.
      Btw: I don't want to start a new game, i'm in a game 1d09h.

      just run the script plugin.XTC.Lib.SetExpansionStage with 8 as parameter when asked
