Dropping the amount of scrap 140 MW Particle Lasers to 20. (Looking at my calendar I'll be out one full week.)

Notes:
  • I'm consuming more BWPs than what the sector is producing. ~ 2 months excess left. Need to look at expanding the BWFs or adding a new one.
  • Need to look at regular production of missiles.
  • Should maintain the 3rd ring as well.
