      Summary:
      Can we change the main cockpit camera position so that it faces backwards to aid the player while positioning it? Would that be much trouble moxy?

      Need to know if the OWP moves after having deployed the platform. NEEDS TESTING. Needs testing with various differrent commands (especially standby?). Preferably testing in borders sectors with enemy ships that may draw it out of position.

      Essential testing as if it is starting to drift we will need a hold position command of some sort to be written.

      i am running 0.5d,

      while scripting (AP) i have been recording the movement of the AI OWP XL (over a period of 2 hours)

      from its coordinates it hadn\'t moved at all

      i will try looking at some other AI ones

      I\'m gonna test it and how it copes with a Khaak attack using medium weapons. Was suggested somewhere to use lesser weapons and the ships would fair better IS. Will let you know as soon as I can test guys.

      testing BSS M7 Missions
      Also \'Test: Does OWP move once deployed with standby command?

      Setup
      Game version 1.4.02
      Mod version 5.c
      Temp fix Hawk
      Temp fix OWP
      CCM
      Salvage Mod
      RS.Turret defence.

      Results for tonight.
      Second night looking for BBS missions - none as yet (got M7 patrols in all main sectors)

      Investagated OWP under \'at rest\' and combat situations......tower set at standby.
      No decernable change in location, though it seems to throw its self about during combat it tends to remain in one spot - Howeveer before I set it to standby it had moved about 10clicks northwards from where I left it.....(backwards apparently)

      As a side note to item two there....I have used RS.Turret defence with my set-up and it works a treat in the tower, give it enough different types of weapons and it will mix and match to suit the situation......

      General.

      My system still has a over abundance of escorts for the various main vessels, it is running into 100\'s now.....so many in fact that when you investagate a system like Oceans of Fant OOS these ships no longer move around in great swarms - they are in fact no almost still and are dotted around the screen in a random patern (one ships on the screen seems to represent a sh*t load of of ships of that type).

      Screen refreshes when jumping are now taking longer mins instead of seconds (connected no doubt to the above problem).

      Well thats it for another night....tomorrow I\'ll check the Missions again and re-check the OWP position.

      When I had excessive escorts (before ADBs fix) it took a lot longer for the jump, etc. Now that\'s resolved on my game, it seems to be a lot smoother generally.
