      Will it be possible to create 'swallows' which only seem to appear in the miniseries and attract missiles away from their target?

      Excellent that's cool.

      I was thinking about weapons earlier and I'm a little unsure about where ammo production goes on, and what can be made and what can't.
      The only time you actually see viper bullets being made is when the pegasus is operational, and I'm pretty sure it was on the pegasus that they were being made, so I don't know if you can make viper ammo on galactica.
      Also you never see them create missiles, so I assume you can't, but it is possible.

      For gameplay purposes lets just asume Galactica can make it's own viper ammo as long as the refinery and supportships contribute their raw materials.

      Stock supply for the massive dual purpose Flak/Salvo/Anti capital turrets would be limited to the Ragnar initial supply and later on Pegasus can lend a hand with it's more advanced processing stations.

      Missiles are indeed someting strange...I can only think Galactica recieves a complement from Peg later on.
      Raptor drone stocks and missiles also are limited to S3 pretty much, besides the oddball explosion on the flightdeck in S1.
      A Limited supply would be prudent.

      The Vipers also use flare or anti missile chaff devices.
      Have a look on the video and spot the vipers near the surface where they are are shot by missiles from behind...
