abit of poetry for you
Say with teladi accent

I'm at my Dock in Family Rhy
The Teladi aboard are getting high
we're going to attack the nearby boronsss
i'm sssure you'll agree they're a bunch of moronsss

It's all a battle of ssslime and ssscalesss
while we vent their water they'll ssshoot our tailsss
all we want isss their freight
time isss money and we don't wait

its time to go and bank our loot
before the police ssstart to ssshoot
one sssilly pilot got away
but we'll get him another day...

That took about 15 minutes so please excuse the bad rythm

"My Friends the Split"

Chi't Nt is a Split of infinate words
He always knows what to do in ever case
He thinks of the Boron as unintelligant turds
whilst he minds his own in his split family base

Imagine, oh imagine please the sound of his voice
The sound of which has no possible tone
He sits with his wife, the one of his choice
Whilst he remembers the ship he now does own

His son of millitary stature and fine Splitiness
The envy of everyone and love of none
He does not love anyone i must confess
But will he stop or will he move on

Please, oh please think of these ones
Think of them fondly ponder over it
They love not themselves but other ones
Think of my friends the split.

We all know the Paranid Race
With the large, and noble face.
Their continence, rare
Their opiniuns, bare,
But their homelands, the purest in space.

Their leader resides over it all
Letting his people stand tall.
Their intelligence high
Above the sky
They are the noblest race in space.

A little Yaki song,

We travel around murky skies,
Searching like wandering spaceflies,
Through the ship and station debris,
Evidence of our victory.

We seek the trail of a victim,
One weak and scared out of their skin,
That fears to lose all that they have,
While we fly past their ship and laugh.

Its clear to see that we all are,
The bravest, cleverest by far,
And een the stupidest can see,
We are the greatest, the Yaki.

More to come later...

ok, thanks to mokonzi and anon for the encouragement, i might just get my short story done on time, but here's a little poem for now called

The X Universe Lottery Rip Off

Another desperate donation, to pave the stations way,
As I only have a few credits, I will have to play,
And hope for a life style of luxury and ease,
Buy myself a factory, and an army of mercenaries.
Will I have a fanfare? Or will I quiet?
Advertise free credits on the bbs and organise a riot.
Maybe hoard a couple of million for a rainy day
Then live life in the sunshine, and spend my blues away.
But for now off to the pub and buy some Argon whisky,
Then drown my disappointment, when I find it wasn't me
