      Um, bit confused given that mods/scripts are platform independent. The problem is with spks which need to be unpacked using a Windows only manager (well, there are command line tools but I haven't had any luck with building these as working versions personally). So, install crossover and use that to install mods. There is a demo to try if you're not sure, and it maybe wine works on Mac instead (how much work is needed I have know idea). For non-spks you'll need to find a Mac uncompresser (perhaps it standard ?) to extract the files, but otherwise just follow each packages instructions. For something like XTC packaged as an exe it should still be possible to unpack (works on Linux using "Archive Manager" at least).
